How Was Your Last Massage Appointment?
Think back – be honest. Did your massage therapist spend time understanding your issue, asking questions, and really listening? Did the massage address those specific issues? Did your therapist give you advice on self care, and information about what's going on and what the next steps should be?
What about time? Did you discover that the 60-minute massage you booked was, in fact, 60 minutes including massage, a few rushed questions, undressing and dressing time... Maybe you were already done, paid, and leaving the building at around the 58-minute mark?
I Do Things Differently.
When it comes to massage, my philosophy is simple:
There's no such thing as a standard massage. My integrative approach is highly personalized.
When you book a one-hour massage, you get a one-hour massage. My actual appointment times are longer to allow for everything else.
I focus on getting to the root cause of your pain, not just alleviating symptoms. I will explain those connections too.
A lasting relationship comes from trust and communication. I listen, and welcome your questions.
I aim to empower you to be in control of your well-being; this means relevant advice on self care, with my support whenever you need it.
