One of the most significant things you’ll notice at your appointment is that the time you book is truly your massage time. Our intake chat and follow-up talk will not cut into your wellness time so that you can fully enjoy your experience.
In fact, our time to talk is a critical part of your healing journey. It gives me vital information about how I can best support you. And it allows you time to ask questions and process the treatment. So when you book an hour massage with me, you receive 70-80 minutes of wellness. I will not hurry you through the process. Your body deserves better than that.

I believe strongly in education and empowerment for each person, so I offer practical self-care tips for every client. We may discuss things such as posture, stretching, exercises, workout adjustments, and foam rolling. All of these pieces will further maintain your body’s wellness once you leave your appointment. This education is critical to supporting the successful long-term results you can see from your massage treatment.
I also offer virtual wellness sessions for a deeper view into targeted self-care. These virtual health visits via Zoom are focused on your specific health goals, and built around your schedule and commitments. Whether you work with me in person or remotely, you can expect the same level of support, education, tangible self-care tools, and frequent follow-ups to keep you on the right track.
