Services & Rates

I offer sports massage with treatment tailored to your physical activity and therapeutic massage to release tension and support your general lifestyle. Learn more about each below to decide which type of massage is right for you.

Sports Massage

You don't have to be a competitive athlete to benefit from this type of focused work!

Hone in on the areas you need to repair for better sports performance, whether you’re a competitive athlete or just love engaging in physical activity.

This is for you if: you want to target a specific area, injury, or pain point, or you need muscle health maintenance for your sport or physical activity. These sessions leave out most of the slow myofascial work and focus on more dynamic massage. You can expect more techniques using tools (massage gun, cupping, scraping), active stretching techniques, and trigger point work. You may be more actively involved in the session by participating in stretches, providing feedback on trigger points, and moving a little more.

Typically includes: Dynamic massage, the use of multiple tools, stretching techniques, trigger point therapy, CBD cream (by request, small areas)

Therapeutic Massage

Myofascial therapy promotes movement by loosening up the connective tissue that leaves you feeling restricted. This treatment is great for releasing chronic pain and tension in critical areas.

This is for you if: you enjoy slower myofascial work and connective tissue stretching, or you would like to let go, relax, and recover. These sessions leave out any active techniques that require your participation, so you can lay back and allow yourself to feel pampered. These treatments can be full-body or key areas only. While this is not a “spa massage,” as we are working toward a clear outcome, more time is spent releasing the fascia and warming up muscles before applying deep pressure.

Typically includes: Myofascial release, deep tissue massage, some cupping or gua sha, passive stretching, aromatherapy oils (optional)

Let's level up your wellness.

No matter the type of massage you choose, a clear goal and desire to stay healthy will take you far in your journey toward a pain-free, restrictionless life. If you are ready to take a proactive approach to your wellness, you'll have the following options available.

Sports Massage, 45 or 60 minutes
Therapeutic Massage, 60 or 75 minutes
$90 / $110
$110 / $135

I'll ask you to indicate a preference for either style of treatment when booking, but ultimately every single session is fully customized based on your needs and goals!

Massage appointments are actual treatment time. Your whole visit will typically take 10-15 minutes longer.

Payments, Gift Certificates & Insurance

Payment is accepted at the time of service by any credit or debit card. Gift certificates can be purchased for any session or value through the online booking system.

I don't bill insurance companies directly, and payment is always due at the time of service. However, if your insurance or HSA policy allows for reimbursement, I would be happy to provide you with a statement of services and receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider.
